Presentations are available via this website and through our conference mobile app, which is available free to all registered attendees (search for 340B in your app store). Attendees can download/view and/or print the presentations for the sessions they plan to attend. Note: Not all sessions on the agenda are listed on the website, only the sessions using PowerPoint presentations are. If a speaker is not listed, they either didn't use a PowerPoint presentation or asked us not to distribute it.

The free mobile app is now available! There is a two-step process to download and verify your account in order to access the Summer Conference event and all its capabilities within the app. If you already have the app installed, don’t forget to update it to use all of the latest features. We highly suggest you download the app before you arrive on-site.
STEP 1: DOWNLOAD THE APP
Click on the link in the email you received from email@example.com or search for "340B" in your app store for Apple and Android users. Once the app is downloaded, click on the 340B Coalition Summer Conference 2017 event and enter the Event Password contained in the email.
STEP 2: VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT/LOGIN
Go back to the app email and click on the Verify button to authenticate your account and login. If you didn’t receive the email, please click the three bars in the upper left corner of the screen, then follow the prompts, starting with your name. The system will send you an email containing your verification code. Simply enter that code in the app and tap verify and you will be logged into the app. Click here to see a video demonstration of login. By logging in you’ll get access to the app’s features including viewing the attendees list, messaging your peers and exporting your schedule. If you choose not to log in, you’ll still be able to use much of the app information like accessing the agenda, presentations, and other event information. Please note: attendees registered for a pre-conference workshop must login to view these presentations in the app.

Come help us celebrate the 25th anniversary of the 340B program with two events being held on Monday, July 10th. We begin at 5:30 pm with our opening reception (sponsored by Verity Solutions), followed at 6:00 pm by a special performance from the award winning political satire group, the Capitol Steps (sponsored by 340B Health, Ryan White Clinics for 340B Access, and Curant Health). Please join us for this must see political comedy show including a mix of song and standup targeting today's leaders and political topics. There is a reason that the Capitol Steps are a DC institution, come and see why.
Please note that the 4:00 pm Track Session has been renamed since the conference program book went to print. THe new name of the session is Covered Entity and Manufacturer Collaboration in 340B Compliance Oversight. The printed agenda-at-glance has the correct title, as does the agenda in the mobile app. Additional speakers have also be added to some session since this the agenda was printed in the program book. For the most up to date version of the agenda, please refer to the agenda in the mobile app.
Want to get the most out of your 340B Coalition Conference experience? Don't miss the conference primer from 5:00 - 5:30 pm on Sunday evening. Attendees will hear what is new at the conference, receive a hands-on tutorial of the conference app, and leave this short program with a better understanding of everything the conference has to offer. Whether this is your first or fifteenth Coalition Conference, everyone can benefit from the conference tips in this session.
New this year, exhibitors will be able to give 1-hour demostrations on a topic of their choice to any interested conference attendee. These sessions will take place during meal or break times. View the agenda for full descriptions of each vendor demo.

During the continental breakfasts on Tuesday, July 11 and Wednesday, July 12, we are including tent cards and activity sheets on tables in the exhibit hall to encourage attendees to think about current hot topics in the 340B program. Not only will this be a great exercise before sessions kick off, but it will also be an excellent networking opportunity!
- NEW! Pharmacy Technician Networking Group: We encourage pharmacy technicians attending the conference to stop by the networking table in the exhibit hall during the continental breakfast from 7:30 am - 8:30 am on Tuesday, July 11. Your colleagues look forward to meeting you and establishing a connection for pharmacy technicians in the 340B space.
This networking luncheon on Tuesday is designed for stakeholders to sit among their state or region. A regional map shows how HRSA divides the states into 10 regions. The regions are colored coded and each table in the Exhibit Hall will have a color card indicating which region it represents. There will be staff on-hand to assist with routing you to the appropriate color coded region. We encourage you to sit in your region and learn from fellow attendees about state and regional topics of interest. HRSA regions are particularly important as HRSA auditors are assigned to regions.
You can still sign up for a pre-conference workshop. Options include: Career Development Workshop; 340B: The Essentials or Audit Findings Update & Monitoring and Strengthening Compliance. See the agenda for details. If you want to add a workshop to an existing registration, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note there is an additional cost to attend the workshops.
A maximum of 15.35 ACPE contact hours are available for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. In order to receive credits, please complete the CE Declaration/Evaluation form online by 11:59 pm EST on 8/11/2017. Instructions will be emailed after the event. The portal will be active from 7/12/2017 to 8/11/2017. ProCE is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.
Join us on Wednesday morning from 6:45 am - 7:30 am for our Annual Charity Fun Run & Walk. This two mile roundtrip fun run/walk is designed for all fitness levels. All proceeds will be donated to Bread for the City. Their mission is to provide residents of Washington, D.C., living at or below the poverty line, with comprehensive services, including food, clothing, medical care, and legal and social services, in an atmosphere of dignity and respect. - A Guest Pass can only be purchased at ON-SITE registration for $125.00 by an individual who is registered as a FULL CONFERENCE attendee.
- Guest Passes do not include conference materials nor do they provide access to educational sessions.
- Guest Passes are not available to exhibitor registrants or exhibitor attendee registrants for access to the exhibit hall.
