Description
Temptime is deeply committed to improving global public health. Founded in 1987, our scientists developed the first miniaturized technology to monitor temperature exposure of oral polio vaccine vials. This device, recognized globally as the HEATmarker VVM (vaccine vial monitor), continues to be the only technology that meets strict specifications of the world’s leading health organizations (including WHO) for distributing vaccines to developing countries. Almost 7 billion of our HEATmarker VVMs have been used on life-saving vaccines in 150 countries.
Today, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, specialty pharmacies, and hospitals are using our chemical and electronic devices to improve storing and handling of medical products that improve and save lives. Our mission is to monitor these products with 100% accuracy to ensure they have not been exposed to temperature events that could damage their effectiveness.
