The meeting will be held at the Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center from July 10-12, 2023. Discounted blocks of sleeping rooms have been reserved for attendees and exhibitors at the Gaylord National and other nearby hotels. Standing on the banks of the Potomac River, the Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center welcomes guests to a premier location only minutes from local attractions like the Capital Wheel, MGM National Harbor, Tanger Outlets, and all of the museums and attractions that Washington, DC has to offer. HOUSING POLICY/RESERVATION INFO - PLEASE READ

The 340B Coalition will be using ConferenceDirect as our official housing company. All hotel reservations must be booked using our official housing company in order to get the reduced rates listed above. Details on how to make your reservations will be emailed to you after you have completed your conference registration.

Note: ConferenceDirect is the only official housing provider for the 2023 340B Coalition Summer conference. If you are contacted by any other group other than ConferenceDirect, recognize that they are not endorsed by the 340B Coalition. Despite any claims, no other housing company has access to our negotiated discounted rates. If you receive an email or phone call from any other housing company, and make a reservation with this agency, the 340B Coalition is unable to guarantee the reservation is valid. Please contact the specified hotel immediately for reservation confirmation.

The following terms apply to all reservations:

A confirmed conference registration must be made prior to making your hotel reservations. Please don't share the reservation link with others as the system will confirm you are a registered attendee before allowing you to reserve a room. Only one room per attendee can be booked.
A valid credit card must be provided at the time the reservation is made and will be charged a deposit of one night’s room and tax by the hotel as early as June 9, 2023. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival for a full refund of the one night's room and tax deposit.
In addition, the 340B Coalition housing bureau, ConferenceDirect, will charge a $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations made after May 22, 2023. Should you cancel, this charge will show up on your statement as "CONFDIRECT*340B". This policy will apply until 72 hours prior to arrival when the hotel's cancellation policy goes into effect.

Room reservations made directly with the hotels will not be eligible for the reduced rates. All reservations must be made using our official housing company.
