340B COALITION SUMMER CONFERENCE GOES VIRTUAL

Thank you for the heroic sacrifices many of you are making to battle the novel coronavirus disease. We have been closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and have made the decision that the 340B Coalition Summer Conference, originally scheduled to take place in Washington, D.C., from July 20-22, will become a virtual event held over five days between July 20-29. This decision is necessary to protect the safety and health of our attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and staff, which is our highest priority.

We also recognize the impact COVID-19 is having on your institutions’ financial situations and have made the decision to reduce the registration fees and extend our early-bird deadline. Please see our updated pricing . Your total cost of attendance will also be reduced because you won't have to pay for travel, lodging, and meals. Another important bonus of a virtual conference is that recordings of sessions will be available on-demand allowing you to participate in more content than you would have at the in-person event. Continuing education credits will be available for both live and on-demand sessions.

You will need to either Sign In if you already have an account or create a new account if you have not yet attended a 340B Coalition Conference or 340B Health event. All registration and payment forms are run through a secured server to protect your information. If you have an account and experience issues signing in, please contact us at events@340bhealth.org.

Registration fees are per person and logins will be limited to one per registered attendee.

You will be able to select whether you will be attending a pre-conference workshop when registering.  The pre-conference workshops are half day sessions held the day prior to the main conference. Additional fees apply. Choose from the following options:

  • The essentials of the 340B program for beginners and attendees seeking a 340B refresher course
  • A provider-only workshop providing an update on audit findings and focusing on formulating effective compliance plans
  • 340B Career Development Workshop

Note: You cannot register for a pre-conference workshop only. You must register for the main conference as well.

If you are paying by credit card: Upon successfully completing the online registration form, you will be linked to a secure payment form to process your appropriate payment amount.  Currently, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

If you are paying by check or PO: Upon successfully completing the online registration form, you will be linked to a payment page. Please click the Pay Later option above the credit card form and then fill in the PO/check information as requested (enter your organization's name if you don't have this info yet). Your registration fee will be locked in at this time, but your registration is not valid until payment is received.

REFUND POLICY: The registration fee is refundable up to June 29, 2020. All requests for a refund prior to June 29, 2020 will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. There will be no refunds on registration fees after June 29, 2020 although you can send a replacement from your organization or company. Please notify us at events@340bhealth.org if you send a replacement to this conference.
