Thank you for the heroic sacrifices many of you are making to battle the novel coronavirus disease. We have been closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and have made the decision that the 340B Coalition Summer Conference, originally scheduled to take place in Washington, D.C., from July 20-22, will become a virtual event held over five days between July 20-29. This decision is necessary to protect the safety and health of our attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and staff, which is our highest priority.

We also recognize the impact COVID-19 is having on your institutions’ financial situations and have made the decision to reduce the registration fees and extend our early-bird deadline. Please see our updated pricing below. Your total cost of attendance will also be reduced because you won't have to pay for travel, lodging, and meals. Another important bonus of a virtual conference is that recordings of sessions will be available on-demand allowing you to participate in more content than you would have at the in-person event. Continuing education credits will be available for both live and on-demand sessions.

Please note early-bird registration fees expire on June 17, 2020. The final pre-registration deadline for this conference is July 15, 2020. Registration fees are per person and logins will be limited to one per registered attendee.

CHARITY FUNDRAISER: Due to the change to a virtual meeting, we cannot hold our annual Fun Run/Walk. We will announce a replacement event soon. Please consider donating to our charity while we finalize the details. You can make your $25 donation while registering for the event. REFUND POLICY: The registration fee is refundable up to June 29, 2020. All requests for a refund prior to June 29, 2020 will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. There will be no refunds on registration fees after June 29, 2020 although you can send a replacement from your organization or company. Please notify us at events@340bhealth.org if you send a replacement to this conference.

340B UNIVERSITY: The 340B Prime Vendor Program, managed by Apexus, is developing a 340B University live virtual program to provide 340B education. The 340B University virtual program will be offered adjacent to 340B Coalition, as a standalone scheduled program. The date is still to be determined and registration information will be available in the coming weeks.

PHOTO RELEASE: From time to time, we use photographs of conference participants in our promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance at the 340B Coalition Conference, the 340B Coalition reserves the right to use your likeness in such materials.
