REGISTRATION INFORMATION FAQ

With an ever increasing number of hospital employees on the front lines of the Covid-19 pandemic, it was in the best interest of everyone to cancel the in-person meeting in Washington, DC and ensure our attendees are able to do what they do best – care for the nations poor and underserved populations. This decision was announced on May 13, 2020.

The decision to move to virutal allows us to provide you the same powerful agenda with the latest information not only about policy changes related to COVID-19, but other developments that will continue to affect the day-to-day operations of your 340B programs long after the pandemic has ended. The virtual conference will provide 50 sessions, three pre-conference workshops, and multiple interactive opportunities to network with 340B professionals and exhibitors.

We know you are busy so we have spread out the agenda into easy to consume time slots over five days spanning two workweeks. If you can’t attend live, most sessions will be available on-demand for at least 3 months so you can watch them at your convenience. See the agenda for more information on our new format and how it will fit into your busy work and home lives.

We also recognize the impact COVID-19 is having on your institutions’ financial situations and by moving to virtual, we have been able to reduce the registration fees by 30%. Your total cost of attendance will also be reduced because you won't have to pay for travel, lodging, and meals.

We recognize the impact COVID-19 is having on your institutions’ financial situations and have made the decision to reduce the registration fees by 30% and extend our early-bird deadline until June 17. Please see our updated pricing to determine your registration fees*. Your total cost of attendance will also be reduced because you won't have to pay for travel, lodging, and meals. Another important bonus of a virtual conference is that recordings of sessions will be available on-demand allowing you to participate in more content than you would have at the in-person event. Continuing education credits will be available for both live and on-demand sessions.

*Please Note: Registration fees are per person and logins will be limited to one per registered attendee

Your registration will automatically be converted to the virtual conference. You have two options for the credit, both require you to connect with the staff at 340B Health to assure your proper path forward.

  1. Invite a friend or colleague to attend virtually and use the credit from the lower virtual registration fee to cover their registration (A GREAT VALUE!) (Applies to new registrants only)
  2. Receive a partial refund for what you have paid for the reduced registration fee

Please contact us at events@340bhealth.org to let us know how you want to proceed.

Contact the 340B Health office at events@340bhealth.org and inform them that you wish to cancel your registration. The amount you paid will be refunded back to the original form of payment. Requests to cancel must be received in writing/via email by June 29, 2020.
No. If you wish to cancel, your payment will be refunded.
Yes. Sessions approved to be recorded by faculty will be made available to registered attendees. Please note that some sessions have restricted access and that restriction will apply to session recordings. Some restricted sessions will only be available live, they will not be available on-demand.
No, there will not be a separate on-demand only package. For one price, registered attendees will have the ability to participate live and/or on-demand.
Recordings will be available on-demand to registered attendees for 3 months after the event has concluded. We reserve the right to remove a recording if content becomes outdated.
No, the 340B Coalition does not sell registration information to third parties for any of our events. Any emails you receive trying to sell you access to 340B Coalition conference registration lists are fraudulent.  We recommend that you do not respond to these fraudulent emails, simply delete the email.
The 340B Coalition shares limited attendee registration information with it's exhibitors. This includes name, job title, organization, city and state. This is the same information available to all attendees in the Attendee section of the online platform. Attendees will have the option to add additional contact data in their profile should they choose to.

During registration, attendees will have the option to select whether the 340B Coalition can share additional contact information with exhibitors of the event. If you select yes, you may receive promotional emails from the exhibitors relating to the event. This is optional and you must opt-in.

Additionally, at our virtual event this year the 340B Coalition is offering a new service to help attendees make meaningful connections with exhibitors through our Exhibitor Meet & Greets. There are two ways of doing this. Attendees will be able to select in their profile the exhibitor services they are interested in learning more about. The platform will use this data to customize their experience to show the most relevant information to the attendee. Attendees may also select to have meetings setup with matching exhibitors. If an attendee chooses to have meetings with matching exhibitors, their contact information will be shared with the matching exhibitor(s) so they can arrange the meetings. This is an opt-in services and only applies to those that opt-in.
