Maureen Testoni is the President and CEO of 340B Health, a nonprofit organization of more than 1,500 hospitals and health systems participating in the federal 340B drug pricing program. She is a national expert on all aspects of the 340B program, a frequent speaker at national conferences, and an author of numerous publications. She is a leader in the efforts to protect the 340B program and ensure transparency and accountability for drug manufacturers participating in the program. She works with Congress and the executive branch to provide expert counsel on matters related to 340B. In 2018, Modern Healthcare named her as one of the “100 Most Influential People in Healthcare.”
