Rusol Karralli, PharmD, MS, is Associate Principal, 340B Policy and Compliance, at Apexus. She serves as an expert for analysis, assessment, and synthesis of 340B policies and positions, including coordination of content for Prime Vendor programs such as 340B University education offerings, Apexus Answers, compliance tools, and resources. She has been at Apexus since 2014, developing and nurturing partnerships with 340B stakeholder groups and customers, which include government agencies, participating 340B hospitals and clinics, national advocacy associations, pharmacy manufacturers, and wholesalers in support of 340B compliance, education, and 340B PVP contracting optimization. She works closely with the HRSA team to ensure alignment of PVP policy and compliance support to stakeholders, including content provided by the Prime Vendor Program. She monitors market trends and contributes to the company’s strategic planning process to ensure Apexus is meeting HRSA contract obligations and addressing the needs of 340B stakeholders. She completed a PGY1/PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration residency program at Memorial Hermann Health System and received both her PharmD and Master of Science in Pharmacy Administration from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy.
