Speaker Bio
Rebecca Swartz is the Senior Manager of Policy and Compliance for 340B Health, a nonprofit organization of more than 1,500 hospitals and health systems participating in the federal 340B drug pricing program. In this role, she supports 340B Health’s legal and policy team’s work in providing member hospitals with audit and compliance assistance. She contributes to the development of programming and resources that educate members on program developments, audit trends, and best practices. Prior to joining 340B Health, she worked as a lab assistant for St. Peter’s Health Partners, a health system based in upstate New York. She received her Bachelor in Sociology from Smith College.
