COVID INFORMATION

The 340B Coalition is following CDC and California rules relating to COVID.  Under those rules, masking is not mandatory, but we encourage attendees to bring their own masks and we will make a supply of masks available for those who wish to wear one. Hand sanitizer will be provided in the conference bags (sponsored by Sentry Data Systems, Now the Craneware Group booth 409), and also be available throughout the conference center.

If you are feeling sick prior to the meeting, please do not attend.

PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS

The pre-conference workshops will be held on Monday, March 27. Options include:  Professional Development Workshop, 340B Essentials Workshop or Audits Workshop. See the agenda for details. To add a workshop to an existing registration, contact events@340bhealth.org or visit the on-site registration desk. Please note there is an additional cost to attend the workshops and registration is required for all attendees.

Please Note: If you are not attending a pre-conference workshop, the main conference sessions start on Tuesday, March 28 . The exhibit hall will be open to all attendees on Monday from 11:45 am - 5:30 pm and all covered entities are invited to the vendor demos from 11:45am - 12:35pm and 2:45 - 3:35pm.

NAME BADGES & SESSION RESTRICTIONS

Name badges must be worn at all times. Your badge is your admission pass for all meeting sessions, the exhibit hall, and all meal functions you are registered for.

Sessions indicating a group number on the agenda are limited to the respective covered entity, industry or pharmacy/pharmacy service groups. Session restrictions are strictly enforced. If you have any questions, please contact Elise Kim at elise.kim@340bhealth.org or 202-536-2291 or visit the conference registration desk on-site.

**Note: You must have a badge to enter educational sessions, the Exhibit Hall, and all meal functions so please be sure to always have your badge with you. Do not lose your name badge! Free reprints of your name badge are not allowed. If you lose your badge and need to reprint it, the following fees will apply depending on your registration category:

• Nonprofit Members of 340B Coalition Organizations: $475
• Government/Nonprofit Health Care Providers: $550
• Industry - Health or Pharmacy-Related Companies or Firms, Other Businesses: $1000
• Exhibitors: $425

REGISTRATION & HELP DESK

The registration area and conference help desk will be located in the Marriott Ballroom Pre-Function area on the lobby level of the north tower. Paid pre-registered attendees should proceed to the Badge Check-in area where staff will assist you in printing your badge.

If you have a balance due, need to make any changes to your registration, or are registering on-site, please skip the pre-registered kiosks line and visit us at the on-site registration desk so we can assist you. On-site registration lines can be long so we encourage you to come early. See below for registration hours.

Access the 340B Pulse mobile app, and log in to get full access, to make the most of your conference experience.

To download the app, click here from your mobile device or search for “340B Pulse” in the Apple App Store or Google Play. While you can use the app if you are not logged in, logging in unlocks features such as connecting with other attendees, viewing handouts, and saving notes. Log in to the app using the same credentials you used to register for the conference.

If you prefer to work from a computer, or use a web-based mobile app, please check out Hub & Space (login required), which is a scaled down version of the mobile app. You can use Hub & Space to customize your agenda, view speakers, bios and session handouts, locate exhibitors, connect with attendees and complete session evaluation surveys.

Please Note: If you already have the app downloaded, please go to the app store and update it. Additional changes to content within the app will continue to be made up to and throughout the event and will sync automatically to the app.

Lead Retrieval
Exhibitors, don't forget you get free lead retrieval through our mobile app. Use the lead retrieval to record attendees you have talked with and save notes on your conversations. Instructions: To access this feature, first you must log in to the app, then open the event, and click on the Lead Retrieval icon on the dashboard. Once in the QR scanner, click Scan Code to scan the QR code at the bottom of attendees' badges, or select Enter Code and enter the number below the bar code. You can view your scanned leads at any time by going to the QR scanner and clicking on the View Scanned Leads button. A list of all scanned leads will also be emailed to you.

The program book for the conference is digital. While a fold out agenda-at-a-glance and exhibitor directory will be available in attendee bags, ALL OTHER information will be in the 340B Pulse mobile app. You may also visit the Conference Website for attendee information and the online agenda. Please be sure to read the Mobile App section above to take full advantage of what is available to you leading up to, during, and post conference.

SPEAKER PRESENTATIONS

Presentations are available via the 340B Pulse mobile app and the mobile app’s companion website, Hub & Space (login required). Attendees can download/view and/or print the presentations for the sessions they plan to attend (stakeholder group restrictions apply). Note: Not all sessions use PowerPoint presentations. If there are no handouts posted, the speakers either didn't use a PowerPoint presentation or we were asked not to distribute it. 

**Note: Presentations will be added to the website the week of March 20 and will continue to be added as they are finalized or updated leading up to and throughout the conference.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS

ACPE Credits:

340B Coalition Winter 2023 Conference ACPE credit is jointly provided by the South Carolina Pharmacy Association (SCPhA) and 340B Health. The South Carolina Pharmacy Association is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.

Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians: The 340B Coalition Winter Conference is certified for up to 13.25 ACPE contact hours, subject to change pending final agenda. Continuing education (CE) codes are required.

ACHE Credits:

By attending the 340B Coalition Summer Conference offered by 340B Health, participants may earn up to 12 ACHE Qualified Education hours toward initial certification or recertification of the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) designation. Attendees must self-report the sessions, dates, and times directly to ACHE for credit.

CONFERENCE PRIMER

Want to get the most out of your 340B Coalition Conference experience? Don't miss the conference primer from 5:00 - 5:30 pm on Sunday, March 26th in the Rancho Santa Fe room. Attendees will be able to network and will hear what is new at the conference, receive a hands-on tutorial of the conference app, and leave this short program with a better understanding of everything the conference has to offer.  Whether this is your first or nineteenth Coalition Conference, everyone can benefit from the conference tips in this session.

CHARITY FUN RUN & WALK

Join us on Wednesday morning from 7:00 AM - 7:45 AM for our Annual Charity Fun Run & Walk. Check-in begins at 6:30 at the conference registration desk in the Marriott Ballroom Pre-Function area. This 2-mile round-trip fun run/walk along the Embarcadero is designed for all fitness levels. The Coalition will be donating all proceeds collected from sponsorship and registration fees from the Fun Run/Walk to this winter's charity partner, Miracle Babies. If you have not yet registered for the walk, you can still do so on-site or by contacting events@340bhealth.org. Thank you to our generous sponsors. SHUTTLE BUS SCHEDULE

The 340B Coalition will run a complimentary 40 passenger shuttle bus to and from Embassy Suites, Hotel Solamar and Omni San Diego. Shuttle service will run in a continuous loop to and from the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina at the times below. Last shuttles in the morning and evening leave 15-20 minutes prior to scheduled end times with no return service. Please note that the overflow hotels are within walking distance as well.

TWITTER CONTEST: TWEET & WIN!

HOW TO PLAY:

Participate in the 340B Health Twitter contest at the 340B Coalition Winter Conference. Participants are automatically entered into a contest to win one of three $40 gift cards to a national retailer!

There are three ways to enter:

1. Share your excitement about attending the 340B Coalition conference on social media. Tweeting about a conference session or event using #340BConf automatically enters you into the contest.  Looking for ideas on what to post about? Here are just a few:
   
   
   • A tweet about listening to a great conference speaker.
   • A tweet sharing a selfie photo of you with 340B community colleagues and friends at a conference reception.
   • A tweet about something you enjoyed while in San Diego, such as a favorite new restaurant!  
     
     
2. Tweet a photo of the 340B Health stamp on your 340B Coalition Conference Passport book after you visit the 340B Health booth (#823). Tweeting the photo and using #340BConf automatically enters you into the contest.
   
   
3. On Tuesday, March 28, the @340BHealth Twitter account will tweet out a photo of complimentary 340B Insight podcast earbuds that attendees can collect outside of the podcast booth, located across from the 340B Health booth in the exhibit hall. Retweeting the photo automatically enters you into the contest.

We welcome entries using any of the above options.  

RULES:

The drawing will be on Wednesday, March 29. The winners will be publicly announced at the conference prize drawing session and on @340BHealth’s Twitter account.

We will randomly select three winners chosen from eligible tweets. Participants receive one contest entry per eligible tweet or retweet and must use #340BConf to enter. To be eligible, participants’ Twitter profiles must include their first and last names. Eligible attendees must be registered for the conference, and each winner will receive only one prize. Exhibitors, sponsors, host organizations, and vendor employees may participate but are not eligible to win a prize.

GUEST REGISTRATION

The 340B Coalition is pleased to offer a guest pass designed to provide attendees’ guests access to the Tuesday evening networking reception and other meal functions at the event.

• A Guest Pass can only be purchased at ON-SITE registration for $250.00 by an individual who is registered as a FULL CONFERENCE attendee.
• Guest Passes do not include conference materials, nor do they provide access to educational sessions.
• Guest Passes are not available to exhibitor registrants or exhibitor attendee registrants for access to the exhibit hall.
• Identification will be required.
• Maximum one guest per FULL CONFERENCE attendee.
• Attendees and guests must wear their name badge at all event functions.

What Do I have To Do?

• Use the exhibit floor map to find participating sponsors listed in the passport booklet (located in your attendee bag) and answer their questions correctly to receive a stamp.
• Participants must find and receive a stamp from each sponsor and complete the information in their passport booklet to be eligible for the raffle.
• Completed booklets must be brought to the registration desk to receive the final stamp of completion. Completed booklets can be brought in for inspection at any time up until 11:00 am on Wednesday, March 29. 
• Booklets that do not contain stamps for every company, or that do not contain the required contact information at the back of the booklet, will not be considered.
